Going through a difficult time? The club has a hardship fund. Requests are confidential and reviewed with care. No one is turned away without a conversation.
Report a Safety Concern
If you experienced or witnessed harassment, unsafe behaviour, or any other harm in the club, please let us know. Every report is reviewed.
File an Appeal
Disagree with a decision made about your account, order, or standing? You can formally appeal it. A different reviewer will examine your case. No form, threshold, or limit.

Request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. We respond within 30 days.
