What we collect

When you join a club, we collect your name, contact information (phone and/or email), and neighborhood or ZIP code. Optionally, you may provide family size, top grocery items, and how you heard about us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email and optionally your name. When you submit an organizer lead form, we collect your name, contact information, city, and an optional message.

How we use it

We use your information to coordinate group buys, notify you about orders and club activity, and connect you with your local coordinator and WhatsApp group. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Your data is stored in a secure database. Phone numbers are stored with encryption. We retain your data for as long as you are a member. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Communications

By checking the consent box on the enrollment form, you agree to receive messages about group buys via text or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

When you submit content to the platform (forum posts, product suggestions, project proposals, ideas), you grant the club a non-exclusive license to display, share, and build upon your contributions within the platform. You retain ownership of your original work.

You may request removal of your submissions at any time. Removal may not affect derivatives already in use by the community (e.g., a product sourced from your suggestion).
