What we collect

When you join a buying club, we collect your name, contact information (phone and/or email), and neighborhood or ZIP code. Optionally, you may provide family size, top grocery items, and how you heard about us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email and optionally your name. When you submit an organizer lead form, we collect your name, contact information, city, and an optional message.

How we use it

We use your information to coordinate group buys, notify you about orders and club activity, and connect you with your local coordinator and WhatsApp group. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Your data is stored in a secure database. Phone numbers are stored with encryption. We retain your data for as long as you are a member. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Communications

By checking the consent box on the enrollment form, you agree to receive messages about group buys via text or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
