Fair question — you should ask it. You pre-pay nothing until you've placed an order you chose. You see the full cost breakdown at pickup. You can come along on a Saturday run and watch the buying happen. Watch us for a month before you decide.
What about my information?
We ask for the minimum, we never ask about immigration status, and we never share or sell your information. You can participate with just a first name and a phone number.
Is the food safe?
Sealed commercial packaging from licensed wholesalers, cold-chain containers for anything refrigerated, temperature-checked. Same standards the stores use.
